Direction To Use
Foot Bath: Dissolve 100g(roughly 1 cup) in approximately 3 litres of warm water. Soak 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
Full Bath: Dissolve 150g(roughly 2 cups) in bathtub filled with warm water. Sok 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
It is recommeded to take a magnesium soak 2 to 3 times a week to achieve smooth, revitalized and healthy skin.
